As part of a biographical illustration, I decided to paint J.K. Rowling.  I chose to paint her within the world of Harry Potter so passersby would immediately recognize the imagery and associate it with J.K.R. and her work.  To keep her imagery the center of the viewer's attention, I chose to pose Albus Dumbledore sitting, with soft lighting to make him subservient to J.K.R., the person behind the world of Harry Potter.
