This piece is part of an ongoing project centered around a researcher adventuring across a Eurasia filled with mythical creatures and ancient ruins spread across the land.  Our researcher has now made it to the Ancient Winter City.  Rumored to be one of the first cities to have built the stone monuments, the city's architecture demonstrates technological prowess that is functional yet elegant.  On the right hand side is the orthogonal for the mythical creature in the painting.
